I had experience working with a company. Much of what this company and its employees told me turned out to be a lie.

And in Forex Club they deceived me.

Forex company "Forex Club" provided inaccurate, incomplete, inaccurate and false information about yourself and your services.

Under the influence of such information, I was deceived and misled.

As a result of this, I transferred the Forex Club company by paying a large sum of money from a VTB Bank card.

Subsequently, I found out that the money without informing me or my consent from the card went to someone else's account in a foreign bank.

Much of what this company and its employees told me turned out to be a lie.

As it turned out later, this is a little-known Belarusian company with foreign capital, the owners are from offshore, there is no license, there is no permission to work in Russia and with Russians,

the company is working illegally and illegally in Russia, the company is NOT a member of the Russian Association of Forex Dealers (AFD), my money went directly from the card abroad, where
further turned out - is unknown.

The company does NOT bring all transactions to the international Forex market. Etc. etc.

The company refused to give up a contract with wet seals and signatures.

Motivating that there is an electronic contract on the site.

The agreement (contract) on the site www.fxclub.by is non-individual, it has changed many times.

An enslaving agreement, according to him, all the risks and consequences lie with the client.

Under the agreement (contract) with a client, the Company has committed itself to perform, on its own behalf and at its own expense ... operations with non-deliverable ...
financial instruments.

The company performed such operations using quotes from the "Forex Club" and at a time determined by the company, that is, on the terms of the "Forex Club".

Then, after several months of "trading", I began to force-close my trading positions, because my money ran out.

Then she blocked my personal account on her site, "cleaned up" the evidence on the site and, at the request of the regulator, denied my presence as a client.

I have lost money. They didn’t return anything to me.

This company is a "sibling" of Forex Club closed in Russia. A similar Forex Club in Russia in December 2018 is deprived of a license for numerous violations of the law
Russian Federation.

VTB Bank refused to produce chargeback.

VTB Bank refused to indicate (in the Rules of the International Payment System Visa or other documents) the basis for refusing to make a chargeback.

VTB Bank refused to provide evidence that it generally sent documents for the chargeback to the International Payment System Visa.

Forex Club managers responded to my complaints that supposedly no transactions with my money were entered into the international Forex market.

Allegedly, their company is protected by the police, the prosecutor's office and the local regulator. Allegedly, the company belongs to the Belarusian "prince" Viktor Lukashenko.

Therefore, I won’t achieve anything good.

Indeed, my appeals to the police, the prosecutor's office and other instances did not bring any results.

Not counting threats against me.
